Jon Ginoli is best known as the singer, guitarist, and founder of pioneering gay rock band Pansy Division. He has also worked for record labels and distributors, written for magazines and fanzines, promoted gigs, and worn many hats in independent music scenes over the past three decades. I logged thousands of hours as a college radio DJ in the early 1980s, and have spun in clubs every once in a while since. House mixing is alien to me.
